I droped off the pull start assembly at Roy's honda in July to be repaired, two months later they told me they gave it to someone who just walked in the door and they did not know who it was. I had Roy's word he would replace it. It's comming on a month and a half and all I get is the same bull, different day. I even told him wwhere he could buy the part on ebay. Still nothing., now I have to try to buy a part he gave away. I will never go there again, and If you do, get a receipt for what you leave or he might give it away and you're screwed because he obviously doesn't care,. I will not even give the place one star
