I bought two iPhones here-one was for my father who unfortunately died shortly thereafter. The phone was returned but I was still being billed for it. When I called, the male owner complained that he “couldn’t” return it and that I would have to drive to a major iPhone store to return it (nearest store 150+ miles away). He apparently was just going to keep it! Very dishonest and I was never given a refund for the sales tax.
